Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made on Chrisbella-store.

We want you to love your Chrisbella bag. If there is an issue with your purchase, please read the sections below to understand eligibility requirements, time limits, and the steps to request a return, exchange, or refund.
1) Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions below:
  • The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • The item received is wrong (wrong product, wrong model, wrong color/variant).
  • The order has missing items.
  • The item has a proven manufacturing defect (as determined by our team).
Important: Return/exchange requests must be submitted within [X days] after the order is delivered. (Recommended standard: 3–7 days.)
2) Non-returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, operational integrity, and fairness, we may not accept returns/exchanges for the following cases:
  • Change of mind (e.g., you no longer like the item, not your preferred style, etc.).
  • Incorrect address / customer input errors at checkout.
  • Items that show signs of use (scratches, stains, odor, washed/cleaned, altered, etc.).
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, dust bag, or included accessories (if any).
  • Orders that are not eligible due to late submission beyond the allowed return timeframe.
  • Clearance / final sale items (if marked as final sale on the product page).
Note: Small variations in color due to lighting, camera, and screen settings are not considered defects.
3) How to Request a Return / Exchange
To request a return/exchange, please follow the steps below:

Email us at info@karyamudaglobalindo.com with your order number and issue details.

Prepare evidence
Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue (damage/defect/wrong item), including packaging and shipping label when possible.

Wait for confirmation
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping (if approved).

Return the item (if required)
Please return the item in its original condition, unused, and complete with tags & packaging.
Reminder: Do not send items back without confirmation from our team, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
4) Refunds
If your return request is approved, refunds may be processed using the original payment method where applicable. Depending on the payment provider and banking process, refund time may vary.
  • Approved refund timing: within [X business days] after inspection/approval (recommended: 7–14 business days).
  • Refund amount: may include product price; shipping fees may not be refundable unless the error is ours.
  • Refund method: processed through the payment channel used at checkout (when supported).
Shipping cost note: If the return is due to customer preference (where accepted), return shipping cost may be the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged item), we will handle it accordingly.
5) Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability. If the same product/variant is unavailable, we may offer:
  • Replacement with a similar item (with customer approval), or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (based on eligibility).
6) Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may only be accepted if your order has not been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Please note: Once an order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will follow the return process (if eligible).
